Please remember that the wiki is for facts, and the forum is for brainstorming and speculation.
The first content to develop within the wiki should be things like Guidelines and Requirements. If the Guideline or Requirement you want to document is unclear or unsettled, then please create a placeholder for the indeterminate data within the page, and start a talk page to discuss the topic with others. If many alternatives exist, consider moving that discussion into the forum instead, soliciting commentary from a wider audience. When decisions are reached (or at least closer to being reached) resume the discussion on a more limited set of choices on the talk page in the wiki.
