Rules concerning Wiki Privacy Policy
Privacy right
Each member have the right to keep his privacy.
Public nick and email
The nick, the country and a contact email has to be known by the whole Team FREDNET in order to be an Open Team. Each member, which has an associated nick name, has to have an introduction User:Nick wiki page. In this aspect, some specifications has to be follow in order to avoid spammers.
Public licenses
We like Creative Commons License or something like the Apache Software License. In all cases, authors have to define the license in each article/picture. It is mandatory.
Rules concerning Confidential Policy in the Wiki
Since we are in the Google Lunar X PRIZE we have a list of concepts that we have to keep as confidential. These concepts could be hidden by the open organization or by an open group or by a single open member but reasons has to be known in this list and the time to be hidden no beyond the winning day if it is legal.

ITAR and EAR issues
This issue is based on some forum post: Fred's, Robotic1's, Johno's and others.
Some regulations on the United States Munitions List that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services are applied by the US Government to the US citizen in the ITAR issues. For this reason some information is not suitable to be provided by US citizen to other non-US citizen if they can't demonstrate the peaceful purpose of this information. This information must be specifically authorized under the relevant export authorization. Seamless rules are applied for European citizens and other governments.
Since Team FREDNET is an international group these issues has to be respected. We understand that the launcher or launchers define the matter of this issue. Hence the final responsible has to be the same kind of citizens but always developed by the whole Team FREDNET (in order to be compliance with GLXP extra bonus) and ratified by the leaders.
Business issues
If there is a partner with strategic interest by keep the confidentiality in a limited list or by hiding some defined information (not open) then it is possible to add this issue to the CONFIDENTIAL LIST. We understand that this issue is important only if it represents a significant interest to the economical project in a justified way. In this case leaders have to supervise the impact of this information.
Space Program Development Timeline
The Team FREDNET Space Program Development Timeline has marked as CONFIDENTIAL by Sean Casey. Please, leaders has to respect detailed information about the whole timeline. Your leaders have this information so they will guide you to achieve the goals. The GLXP expires in 2014 but typically integration time with the launcher is two years. It is logical that every GLXP contestant have to present the payload at least in 2012.
Confidential documentation
Team FREDNET leaders have marked some mission documents as a confidential until they are completed (Feb-2010). Then only ITAR sensitive issues will remaind as confidential. An example is the Mission Requirements Document.
