Description:
We need a way to give kudos to team members who donate their valuable time to Team FREDNET development.

- This recognition system should include:
- Goal One: A way to recognize teams for major milestone accomplishments.
- Goal Two: A way to recognize individuals for solving tough problems.
- Goal Three: A way to track users based on tasks they've contributed to.
- Goal Four: A method for team leaders to approve tasks to go to the closed state and give credit to the user or users who were most instrumental in working the task and producing the deliverable.
