Description:
We are beginning to use Launchpad to host some of our software projects.
The wiki should have a guide article describing how to register at Launchpad and how to join our Launchpad team, Team FREDNET.
The guide should also describe how to contribute to a project in Launchpad, such as frednet-fredweb.
Deliverable: Launchpad
The guide should be linked from the Software portal.
