Description:Standard sponsor contract
We need to formulate the exact terms for standard sponsorship agreements. The standard contract will apply to both small, individual contributions and larger, corporate contributions.
The contract must:
- Specify requirements to the sponsor, such as testifying to, say, not be employing child workers.
- Specify terms in the event that the mission is aborted prematurely.
- Grant us a short 'validation period' after payment has been received, in which the sponsor is 'vetted'. If the evaluation turns out negative, the payment is fully refunded.
