Description:Guidelines for participation
We have to specify how to join the team - create a user page, add relevant info to it etc.
We have to specify how the 'Team FREDNET' name/brand may be used when approaching third-parties.
We have to specify the standard procedures for 'getting work done' - opening a task, notifying relevant working groups etc.
We have to encourage members to 'just do it'.
