PCB Commanding

The Local group of Picorover is able to build PCBs for other Team FREDNET groups in order to test some new component suitable for the Team FREDNET purposes. Please, contact Enric Fernandez for details. Productions outside Team FREDNET to be considered.
For small productions, charges are related only to those components outside our stock. No charges are applyed for PCBs and building process. For large productions cost has to be evaluated.
Our PicoRover Quality Department can certify Team FREDNET production.

PCBs rules for RF sustrates

The following requirements are related to build PCBs in our laboratory.

• File formats: Pacd(.PCB), Freepcb(.FPC), Orcad, Autocad(.DXF). The micro-drilling head has a minimum ologram resolution able to generate geometries, poligons, scaling, etc. for these file formats.
• Minimum line with is 0.2 mm with a minimum gap of 0.2 between lines.
• Hole dimensions will be higher or equal to 0.8 mm in diameter. We recomend a diameter higher then the pin diameter.
• Minimum Path has to be higher or equal to 0.4 mm.
• The PCB has to have a rectangle around the design in order to show the limits to cut.
• AutoCAD designs has to have polylines, solid and closed. Provide dimensions in width and height of lines and polygons.
• With the file, you have to provide how many layers (one or two), if path metalization is required and PCB dimensions.
